As part of celebrations marking the 60th birthday of former Imo State Governor, Rt, Hon. Emeka Ihedioha, a high-profile colloquium was held in Abuja —an event that drew some of the most prominent figures in Nigeria’s political landscape.

Held under the theme “Is Democracy Failing in Africa?”, the colloquium was a thought-provoking interrogation of the state of governance on the continent, delivered by none other than the Catholic Bishop of Sokoto Diocese, Matthew Hassan Kukah and chaired by the Former President Olusegun Obasanjo.
